• A bus will be organised to depart from UBP’s Dubai office to Ajman Saray Hotel. The exact time will be shared in the coming weeks.

• If you are making your own way to the hotel, please make sure you arrive in time for the welcome coffee reception at 8.45 a.m.

Sunday, 8 February

• A bus will be organised to depart from Ajman Saray Hotel to UBP Dubai's office. The exact time will be shared in the coming weeks.

• If you are flying back to Geneva, we invite you to take a taxi from the hotel to the airport.
  

Check-in

• To streamline the check-in process, please have your ID or passport ready upon arrival and ensure that all your bags are labelled with your name.

• Dress code: It is recommended that you wear comfortable, outdoor attire.
